NEED HELP TO HARD RESET TELSDA 928 PDA Phone

Hey guys, you will have noticed that your admin has been away for awhile. Both bryce and myself have just gotten into our holidays so we will be spending a lot more time around the site and spending well needed time doing some maintenance work. I bought the TELSDA 928 PDA Phone . and when i installed a certain program the operating system of the device jammed and i would like to know how to do hard reset on this device . i looked up in the manual but didnt find any notice about that .. THE SYSTEM FREEZE AND JAMMED WHEN IT LOAD UP AND THE TODAY SCREEN DONT OPEN FOR ME . I KNOW THAT IN MOST DEVICES THE SOLOTION FOR IT IS BY PRESS THE RESET BOTTON TOGHETHER WITH OTHER BOTTONS TO DO HARD RESET TO THE DEVICE . BUT I DONT KNOW WHICH BOTTONS TO PRESS .
I HOPE YOU CAN HELP ME WITH IT

I had the same problem.
Try to push the start + center button for hard reset.
If not working I can send you a 50 MB img firmware update file which can be copied to your sd card and by pressing the Start + center button the PDA will reboot

Guys, i really need your help. I changed my phone TELSDA 928 password last night but i forgot it. i was too sleepy when i entered the new password. can someone help me witht his? i want to reset it so i can change my password. or can somebody tell me how can i reset just the password only without erasing the contents of my phone. pls help. thank you.

every time i turn on my phone, i am always asked about my phone code. pls help.
