Hey guys, you will have noticed that your admin has been away for awhile. Both bryce and myself have just gotten into our holidays so we will be spending a lot more time around the site and spending well needed time doing some maintenance work. This site has certainly grown since it's debut last year, and we look forward to seeing it continue to grow over the years.
We have posted a mini-forum for any other CECT phone models, we will make the consideration of making the CECT P168 Forum a CECT forum, but not in the near future, So all other CECT phone users, go check it out!

Does anyone know if the i9 has speakerphone? I have been all over this phone & cant find it. I can't beleive somthing that well used on a phone would get left off. and it has a lot of speakers.

I don't have an I9, but a Sciphone I68, I heard they are about the same, the speakerphone function only shows up when your on a call. Look for it on the screen while on a call, there may be a small button to take you to the dial screen while in a call. I'm sure it is somewhere.

O.K. I got it figured out but I don't like it. The speaker phone Icon dosen't show up untill your phone call connects. Incoming or outgoing. I' use to turning on the speaker phone and dialing out before I connect.This is going to take some time to get used to. Funny I never noticed it in the last 30 days.
