I received my M88 phone yesterday and have been trying several different programs. After I realized what I wanted to use I did a reset and planned reinstalling the programs. After the reset the phone will not recognize my memory card. I tried putting a different card in and it still didn't work. Any suggestions? The rest of the phone seems to be working fine.

Hi All, I'm brand new at this forum and I'm so glad I found it! I haven't actually gotten my m88 yet, but I've been searching the net for all of the interesting downloads, games, skins, and other stuff. I went to http://www.wm6software.net/ and when I click on software, it takes me to a page called handango. When I click on the games it asks me for a phone type and won't let me past that. What type would be compatible with the m88?

Hi Joemedic, You will have to install a file called HTC SDHC it is a cab file and it will allow your phone to see cards larger than 2 gigs. If you do a google seach I'm sure you will find it.

Hey everyone, new to here, read thru all the posts, I have had my M88 less than a month and have found a few links... a nice place for apps and games... http://www.wm6software.net/ lots a free apps and games. If I come to a point where I am asked for my type of phone, I always use a LG KS20, as it is also a touchscreen running WM6 (this worked also w/ T-Mobile's Wireless Data Configurator to be able to send and recieve MMS) I really like iContact, makes finger dialing and finding contacts much easier, as all you have to do is slide your finger up from the bottom of the screen to access it, and you can also use it to goto most of you more used apps. http://m88phone-accessories.com/a page w/ links to accessories https://www.dealextreme.com/forums/forums.dx/forum.16783another forum with a good thread on 'bricked' phones and step by step imstructions on fixes hope this helps, I also agree w/ TX3 and would love to see 12 hour time on theS2U screen I also have trouble connecting to my PC, tho it is random, I am convinced there is a short in the data cable at some point. My M88 somtimes does not recognize my SD card, my only fix is to resart the phone and it shows up. JK

Hello fellow M88 owners. I got my phone last weekend and really like it so far. I am new to CECT phones but not new to WM based phones, former Dash user here. Setup with AT&T was a snap, phones calls, Internet, WIFI, and SMS work fine for me. However I cannot setup MMS for some reason. I have the settings required for AT&T, my problem is that when I try to open an MMS message the little rotating dial indicating it is thinking pops up for a second but the MMS screen never opens. It's a catch 22 situation because you need to open the MMS screen in order to select the options menu to input the AT&T MMS settings. Has anyone found a solution to this problem or does anyone else have this problem. I have been searching Google for days so any help would be greatly appreciated. On a different note, I am using Spb Keyboard and it is awesome for anyone looking for a larger keyboard with lots of user selected features. I saw that someone else had posted another keyboard app on here but I had found this one before seeing the post. I have also seen a lot of reference to Ifonz on here, I am thinking about giving it a try because the pre-installed Launch application that came on my phone only has one page for icon shorcuts and it would be nice to have multiple pages. Any comments about this app would be appreciated before I install it. Lastly, I ordered some accesories from eBay (car charger, USB extension cables, silicone protector, extra wall chargers, extra USB cables specific to M88 connection) but frankly there aren't a lot of accesories for the M88 on eBay. Can anyone recommend a good USA seller for M88 accessories? The only person I could find selling the M88 specific connection USB cables was in Hong Kong so delivery will take quite sometime. It would be great to find a seller here is the USA. Thanks in advance to everyone who posts replies!

Hi - I have been playing with the M88 for several weeks. As I posted a mini review on the main forum (other CECT), I am using spb mobile shell. I tried ifonz - after several hard resets, I gave it up. First, you have to download and install .net framework 3.5 (the M** comes with 2.0 and iFonz needs 3.5)) which I did - but is HUGE. I finally got iFonz on and sort of working. It just crashed too many times for me so back to spb mobile shell 2.5. SPB is coming out with 3.0 which looks SO cool on utube - check it out. Be sure to download a safemode program as MS does not provide one on wm6 (weird, huh). Enjoy your phone - I do! Peace. Michele
