p168s speed dial?

Hey guys, you will have noticed that your admin has been away for awhile. Both bryce and myself have just gotten into our holidays so we will be spending a lot more time around the site and spending well needed time doing some maintenance work. This site has certainly grown since it's debut last year, and we look forward to seeing it continue to grow over the years.

i followed the instructions in this post but my phone's option 7 under phone setup is for the motion application sensor. i dont see speed dial in any of the menus for my P168S.

any help?

the "s" is a different version, it may not contain the same type of menu's /

p168s is not a very popular version of the phone so support is poor

To access the speed dial function on the p168s, go to the main menu, then “Call Center”, then “General Call Settings”. Speed Dial will then be Option #3.

To use it is just the same as on the other p168 phones, hold down the number at the call screen, or just type that number and press send to call the person that the speed dial number is set to. The number needs to be in your phonebook to set it to a speed dial digit.
