please help i can't sync my phone to computer

Hey guys, you will have noticed that your admin has been away for awhile. Both bryce and myself have just gotten into our holidays so we will be spending a lot more time around the site and spending well needed time doing some maintenance work. so i turn off my phone and plug in the usb, the phone says mass storage i select it, the computer brings up the wizard and and i select continue ,the wizard then comes up saying not ableto sync because i don't have the neccesart software what do i do i can't put any music videos nothing on here . i am using xp on my comp

ok i found instructions in another forum and followed them step by step and now my comp doesn't have anything for a wizard and there is nothing in the in the my computer program i looked in removable disc and all the other ones in the program but nothing for the phone....if i can't find help this thing is gonna turn into a paperweight lol i don't think i have the right drivers on my laptop what shuld i do,try changing firmware ? where can i find the correct drivers.
please help asap

About Sync, my phone (f003) comes with a great feature "Synchronation" inside of organizer.
Looking about this, i found it's a implementation of SyncML. (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/SyncML)

Of course you need a SyncML Server, but you can try at https://www.mobical.net/mobical/startpage/ it's free and you can to sync "Contacts", "Calendar" and "Tasks"
or you can pay a good service in http://www.memotoo.com/, it's cheap and full of options in his service.

Or maybe you have luck and your email provider already has an implementation of SyncML.

In both pages there are intructions to make sync
